01.) White Skyway (09:01)
02.) Nocturn (07:37)
The Birmingham based DJ Mark E is on fire lately, and it doesn’t seem like he’s gonna be slowing down in 2010. For Jisco Music’s offshoot label Under The Shade Mark E. produced two synth heavy, slo-mo House joints with a subtle disco touch.. “White Skyway” puts things in cosmic cruise control with soft synths that create a comfortable atmosphere, while “Nocturn” follows suit and adds a funky bassline to the mix.

UK based, Nu-Disco label Jisco Music always stays one step ahead from the rest of the pack, and this hyped EP from canada based Eddie C. proves why. Eddie is on a roll lately with hot releases on quality labels such as Flashback, Wolf Music and Endless Flight. Eddie C. likes to rework 70ies Disco and funk samples into warm sounding House tracks in the same vein as The Revenge & Craig Smith, Mark E., L.E.S.S. and the Under The Shade label.

Solardisco is back with a fine three track EP from the Slovenian boy wonder Igor Skafar aka Ichisan. First track ‘Space Patrol’ is a slice of Lindstrom-inspired disco genius , ‘Robots From Above’ nods to an Italo influence while ‘Atanamamo’ is aimed squarely at the dancefloor. Expect to hear a lot more nice things from Ichisan on his debut album which will be out early 2010 on Nang..

A1.) Picnic 05:57
B1.) Picnic (The Revenge Remix) 06:13
B2.) Crowd Scene 05:47
Deep Freeze Recordings have been putting out a lot of disco stuff over the last couple of years but this release is a welcome return to House Music. The A side track ‘Picnic’ is a deep, Detroit influenced track which rolls along very nicely. The Revenge turns in a really cool, deep chugging remix which will keep you on hold nicely. Last track ‘Crowd Scene’ contains live samples recorded and sourced from Detroit and is definitely on the beatdown tip with its severe sub bass..

01]-> A Quiet Rebellion 07:16
02]-> Put It On 06:52
Cronk Family Enterprises is just another one of the many disguises from that scottish lad who also goes by the name of Graeme Clark aka The Revenge. For this project on his own Five20East label Graeme gets real heavy on the (break)beats and produced 2 raw and powerful, broken beats sounding tracks. ‘A Quiet Rebellion’ is a 7 minutes building groover which is riding high on smooth breakbeats. While ‘Put it On’ on the B-side stays on the broken path at first but shifts into something entirely more heavy along the way..
